Project Engineering
Within the framework of project development, we record the project requirements of all parties involved at an early stage, check their feasibility, and clarify critical interfaces. We support physicians, planners, investors, and operators right from the design phase and with hygiene and safety concepts. We plan from the beginning according to certified and validated BIM processes. This enables us to simulate construction designs in advance together with the customer and to optimize the operational use of buildings. Boubars provides a detailed and valid cost analysis. Through prefabrication in our own production facilities and the associated assembly on-site, we also control costs during the construction phases. This gives our customers the necessary planning and implementation security within the planned budgets
3D Planning and Rendering
As early as in the consulting and offer phase, we create 3D visualizations in addition to the technical specifications – we translate your planning documents into visible animations. Rendering allows three-dimensional objects with realistic spatial surfaces to be displayed on any computer, tablet, or smartphone. 3D glasses enable you to move virtually through your finished object. With the help of such visualizations, optimization possibilities can be discussed together, even if the discussion partner is far away. Short distances, close contacts and all the necessary in-house expertise allow us to implement your requirements quickly. During the project phases, our technical consultants are in constant coordination with the project managers, with our design and production departments. This leaves sufficient time to test planned solutions and produce them in the required quality.
BIM Project Process
Access to building information is crucial for the successful planning, execution, and operation of a building. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the digital future of construction and project management. From planning to handover and the subsequent management process of the building, all work processes are digitalized, structured, and rationalized in BIM. This not only provides cost and planning security but also minimizes project risks and reduces construction times. Process transparency in BIM improves communication between all parties involved and contributes to the smooth performance of projects. Thus, the complex projects in the hospital and research sector with their growing requirements remain manageable. For example, 3D collision checks in BIM support the automatic detection of planning errors, conflicts, or gaps.
All sides also benefit from the production in our factory and the subsequent assembly on site by risk minimisation in the construction phase through the continuous availability of all current and relevant data. The collected data will later be used by the operators of the buildings for property management, maintenance or conversion work up to dismantling and disposal.
